Got in the drive through line a 11:57am and didn’t leave 12:30 pm. The cashier didn’t turn off her headset or acknowledge me talk to her when she ask “how can I help you” smh bad all around…..p.s. looked inside when pulled off and had two people in line hardly anyone in there. Service: 1

It was a good time at Long John Silver’s. The food is was crunchy and hot, the service was energetic and I left satisfied with my meal as customers rang the bell on the way out. Would have given 5 stars but the price was a little on the high side. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I am sorry but I spent $26.14 for two fish meals the fish is dark brown like it was cooked in old grease the fries were so salty we ended up having to throw both of our meals away this is not except able. Spent 48.52. Missing food. Had to argue with them to get a fry that was paid for and they told me I didnt it was on the receipt!! Wife had the chicken and fries and said they were un eat able. I visited this location on Nov,12th the services was good, food was awesome, Long John Silver's crew member was very polite. I only had one problem. I was missing one chicken, and side of corn. I tried calling the store back for 2 days and an answering machine come on saying they are helping other customers. So when I didn't get any answers from calling the store. I went to the website for customer service and completed the survey and left my issue that I experienced. I left my name and number, email address and I still never did get anyone to contact me back. It's been over two weeks no one has called yet concerning my food I paid for and didn't not receive. It's sad that the owner hasn't contacted me. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

First of all, its always 10 below in here, you cant eat in the lobby or you will freeze to death. They never have any conidiments, didnt have any hot sauce, bbq sauce, or ranch!!! The rice was gummy and tasteless, the fish, chicken tenders, coleslaw and shrimp were great, they did'nt give many fries AT ALL, and the card machine was down but they werent telling people until AFTER they ordered which was insane! Not to much on “but you still ate it” indeed I did because I PAID FOR IT! I normally don’t get food out here but because I was out here for class & went to the gym I thought “hm never can go wrong with Long John Silver.” WRONG! First of all, since when don’t combos come with hush puppies? But okay. I get my good $12.52 (got the number 3 fish TACOSSSSSSSS). I paid for it she asked me if I wanted hush puppies and I was like yeah I kind of did. She was nice enough to give me two hush puppies for my time and waiting in line. I get my food and drive off to head back to the city to open my box to ONE fish taco? If I’m correct you get TWO fish tacos in a TORTILLA. Never did I get ONE fish taco on a BUN?! Baby, never again will I come back out here. I don’t care say what you want I appreciate the hush puppies was okay with or without it. But that’s the issue the issue is I said fish tacos and received a fish sandwich. And the fries? Really would like to talk to corporate about my experience here especially on the night shift! They will have you sit at the speaker for over 30 minutes and will not answer. I asked for the managers name at the window and she closed the window on window and walked off. Look like she was in her late 60s, she need to retire with an attitude like that anyways. Went through the drive thru , ordered an extra chicken tender . Didn’t get my chicken tender and can’t call for a refund . Woulda have turned around but i was on the highway before i checked my food . Someone please call/ respond to this or I’ll just file a dispute with my bank
