Great views, terrible overpriced coffee. If you come, enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor, but don’t waste your money on the coffee. 711 makes better coffee.

Worst service we ever experience in Taiwan. I always think that all people in taiwan are super friendly and welcoming until I visited this cafe. Seem like the owner does not welcome tourist especially those with family or babies. Our 15th months old baby was crying when he entered the cafe due to the rainy and cold weather that day. Not only did the owner not greet or welcome us, he showed us an angry and frustrated look. When we settle down on the sofa he pointed to my boy's shoes stepping on his sofa and demanded that we take off his shoes cause it was dirtying his sofa. We were so angry and taken a back by his rude attitude towards us. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS CAFE IF YOU GOT KIDS OR WITH FAMILY.
