I like Loft and visit it often but today (20/04/23) was a disgrace. I ordered a burger, they asked if I want it cooked well done and I said yes. It took them more than 40 minutes to prepare it and still brought it medium. They served us bread in this disgusting basket that seems to have never been washed! When I told the waitress she took it with a smile and showed it to probably the owner or someone superior who just didn't care and kept discussing and laughing with her friends. I really looks how place is decorated. We had there breakfast and I need to say it was very good. Drinks are nice as well. Service is nice and welcoming. Prices are a little bit on expansive side but it's normal for this time of place. There is place to be inside and outside. Enjoy Service Dine in Meal type Brunch
