Tried Loco Bros for first time last night. Considering it was delivered, it wasn't too bad. Personally I thought the Chicken Nachos were very small, and I wonder why is it only available as a side? So had to order extra Nachos to make up for the small size, and could have done with more seasoning /flavor albeit the quality of ingredients was good. My partner who had the tacos was impressed with hers. My chicken bites were good as pictured. Service Delivery Food: 4

Great location in Commercial Bay downtown. Enjoyed the pulled pork Carnitas rice bowl - served with a delish array of salsa and salad. Just the right amount too. A bonus is you’re located near the bar called “Public” to enjoy a wine with your meal if you wish. Very happy with presentation and flavours. Was not disappointed. Keep it up guys. None of the staff were wearing gloves and you can see them handling food with bare hands after touching their face. The food was very average. Guac was oily and the rice was soggy. The chips just tasted burnt. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We hired their food truck to cater for our wedding. Loco Bros went above and beyond to travel to our venue and serve delicious tacos for our guests. Honestly the best tacos I have ever had. The flavour in the beef tacos is absolutely unreal. The service is amazing Diego was so helpful he helped guide me around the menu and what each item is. Hands down beef tacos are a go! Food: 5 Service: 5

Tried three times now. A few things to be aware of: 1. they take a long time to make your food relative to other outlets in Commercial Bay (niggly when you’re grabbing lunch at work); 2. twice I ordered (and paid extra for) guacamole and it was left out both times (not easily remedied when you don’t realise until you get back to the office); and 3. today they left the food on the counter for about five minutes before ringing the buzzer, so it had gone a bit cold. No huge issues, but overall it’s annoying and there are other outlets who I haven’t experienced these issues with. My previous review was unfair and I gave Loco Bros another go. Tried the beef and lamb burrito which was fully packed with tender lamb and beef, flavourful rice, beans and guacamole on the side. It was by far the best burrito I have had in Auckland and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Food: 5 Recommended dishes Guacamole

Should have better packaging if you're doing uber orders.... Tacos come soggy and the price for them is not worth it, they're miniature tacos..... Flavour wise, chicken needs seasoning or something.
