A pleasant atmosphere overlooking the Garden Cafe. The service and food was nice and I particularly enjoyed the individual jar of mayo served with my meal. Quite pricey for what it is but enjoyable nonetheless. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person KWD 6–8

If you are looking for a 5* afternoon tea experience you wont find it here...Unfortunately, expected to take my English mother for Afternoon tea for her birthday and instead of having a 5* experience, we had a stale shocking one... if I could I wouldnt even give this establishment 1 star, but it seems I have to give at least 1. We ordered from both the English and the Arabic afternoon tea menu, the baklava and kanafa were both cold and stale and smelt like they absorbed the smell of the fridge as if they had been there for days, and sandwiches on both orders were cold and stale. The scones were cold and not fresh at all and when we asked staff when the food was made they said it was ordered from outside and not made in house meaning it had come from at least the day before. They told us they could put the food in the microwave which we declined as it wouldnt have helped the situation. We also unfortunately had to spend our dining experience with a woman walking around in what could only be described as her underwear and after complaining about the inappropriate situation she was not told to cover up or remove herself from the tea lounge and hotel lobby. Will not be coming back
