Great restaurant, I always liked little ruby’s classic burger, they also have the best ceaser salad in Kuwait in my opinion, I recommend going there on weekdays because you know how crowded the avenues can be on weekends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The philly cheese steak was really good! Best I had in years. We had two other pastas and pizza. It's really worth it! The atmosphere was also very nice and the staff were very helpful. Keep it up Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Steak Sandwich

Good afternoon My review is not related to food but rather to the staff and service , I like eating in littleRubys but i asure you that the staff are not profissional by all means . My review is about how slow the staff are and not cooperartive , most simple request take more than 10 minutes to be done . Today between ( 15 - 15,30 p.m ) i entered the restaurant and the hostess asked me to scan the menu and wait for the waiter to come and take my order . As usual ... 4 staff were trying to look busy by cleaning the floor and the tables , i waited 13 minutes watching them acting like they're busy .... and everyone avioded coming to my table and take my order .... I decided to walk away from this lousy service . Even the hostess saw me walking away from the restaurant she didh't bother to ask me what happened because simply ... she decided to join the others (staff) and took a broom and start cleaning under the tables . The type of slow and Un-welcoming service is very bad in a busy shopping mall were other restauants serve the food faster with a better service . Even though the food is decent and appitizing but .... the extremly slow paced service ruin everhthing !! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great staff, friendly and respectful. The food not much good, I ordered pink penne pasta it was not cooked well!. Also chicken piccata, the chicken was moist so much of the butter. The dishes was clean and tables. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
