This cafe is outstanding! If you’ve ever been to Melbourne, the world’s coffee capital, this place will make you feel like you’re there. If you haven’t been to Melbourne, a visit to this place is a must. We tried a V60, espresso and cappuccino and they were all 10/10. 👌🏽 👌🏽 A super friendly owner with world-class coffee and a good selection of delicious food. I wish one day they can afford a full Aussie-cafe kitchen… 😋 But more importantly, they are opening the minds of everyone in Malta and offering the outstanding Melb quality and love for coffee.
We visited all speciality cafes in Malta and this is the first and last review from this country, because only this place is too good to write review :-) We had the best filtered coffee here. Very nice place, great staff. Very recommended :-) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I've been here yesterday. Had a wonderful Flat-White and a sandwich with ham and pesto. Both the coffee and food was really good. Definitely a place I will come back to and recommend to anyone around. Service Dine in Price per person €5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
An amazing Melbourne style cafe with a wide variety of beans and methods of preparation. The single origin espresso is hands down the best cup of coffee on the island I’ve had! Very knowledgeable staff and also incredibly friendly. This cafe is an absolute gem and one can only wish of it being their neighborhood cafe! Went in for a coffee after a long day at work, staff were friendly and talkative. Advised me on a bag of coffee to buy (which tastes amazing) and the coffee I had was made very well, not too hot and was able to enjoy instantly. This is definitely where to go if you want a great coffee. There is indoor and outdoor seating with good music that plays. For any connoisseur of coffee you can purchase things like coffee bean grinders, glass filter jugs and more things I am unaware of. I must admit that I have seen something like this for the first time in my life. The service is super-sympathetic, the food delicious. But after spending a few minutes there, we realised that right next to the food bar... was based a nail salon. We were eating breakfast and saw bare legs sticking out from under the curtain. Someone was having a pedicure done. The water from the bowl after the treatment was poured into the café toilet. I had hoped for another delicious breakfast and I very much regret that we will not be going back there again. From the thought of the dust from someone's nails flying around the food room, we were completely discouraged. It is a pity that it is organised in this way. Discovered Little Chief by accident and so glad I did. Have visited twice now in less than a week and it’s fast becoming my coffee shop of choice in Marsaskala. The staff are very friendly and easy to chat to and the coffee/pastries are delicious. Would recommend the iced latte and have to say that the almond croissant is the best I’ve had anywhere. (The almond butter filling is so good!) Also a plus is that you can pay by card, as so far I’ve discovered that at least two of the coffee shops in Marsaskala are cash only. Would definitely recommend Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person €5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Coffee Bar
