Got several things, amongst them was a deep dish cheese pizza... i ordered this because i wanted something thicker and fluffier for our kid. Last time we got a regular cheese pizza and it was just too thin and was like cardboard so... lesson learned - this time- decided okay, let's get the deep dish and let me say... feeling real duped and disappointed. Literally awful, what you actually receive is a very chewy , stale sub par (2) small oval shaped pizzas in a rectangle box, not one large deep dish as they advertise for $11+ ... all doughy and as described above on the edges along with a bunch of burnt crisp under it... and a small pool of sauce and cheese on the middle. Tastes like yesterday's pizza reheated and nothing even close to what the picture or description says. Gross and inedible. I don't expect much and only come here for my other teenager who likes the cheese bread. . Pretty upset and I have a toddler who will be sad and we have to get her something she can actually eat elsewhere. Thanks . Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1

I hadn't had Little Caesars since I was a kid. I didn't even know they had wings. The pizza was great, and the garlic parm wings were phenomenal. I had no idea wings from this place would be so good. I wasn't even high when eating them. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

This is the third time I’ve tried to order pizza from their website and every time I go through all the ordering process of name, address, credit card number etc. etc. etc. it will not go through , says you must call store to order. I called the store and no one answers. I tried for the last 45 minutes. This is the third time this is happened , the last time I walked into the store to order , as soon as I open the door a little short man screamed at me, saying he’s not accepting any more orders because he’s too busy… Very unprofessional.. I like Little Ceasers, but I go to Scarborough now. Screw saco.

I am baffled how the Scarborough location has a higher rating than the Saco I live 10 minutes away from the Scarborough location and 30 from the Saco, every time I want little Caesars I drive to Saco. The service there is so nice and clean and the employees are all great, I only wish it were closer Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Short stout man behind the counter was rude to everyone. Must be something going on with him personally that he is taking out on customers. They got a lady's order wrong in front of me and refused to issue refunds. That short dude simply said they were busy and didn't have the time to let customers know they were out of the item she ordered. The dude was similarly rude to me when I was ordering. I feel that if he were to get fired or disciplined, the store would see success. If not, I don't see the store making it with so many negative complaints, especially about customer service. Peopel ask me, yo you want some nice high quality pizza. And I yell NO. Becuase why spend money on ok pizza when you can spend 5 bucks on a hole pizza which in my eyes is the best pizza in the world. FIGHT ME IF YOU THINK DIFFERNTLY. I also like the kid that yells "One cheese, or One pep" because if he gets my order wrong I can say hey dude it was cheese not pep. Please train the others like that genius *Update* Ok started off good now bad. Very bad, no good, because you don't know how to melt cheese or cut the pizza. One slice is a inch the other half the pizza. Please use a ruler or protractor. *Update* Ok it's good again, just not the same. Hopefully I dont have to change this reveiw again, because I'm up to here with little cesears.

I placed a call-in order at 1030 am on the morning of my son's birthday on 9/23/22 (after calling the day before to see when I should place the order). I arrived at the 6 pm time for my scheduled pickup and when I walked through the door the front counter was extremely rude telling me they were not accepting new orders and that because of the "morning crew not prepping pies" and because "someone placed a big order that morning", that they were two hours behind!! Needless to say that I was the guy who ordered, but was told to called the day of!!! To make matters worse, while I was standing there waiting for my order to be completed, the man continued to serve out smaller order of people who placed them later than mine, instead of taking care of me. To be honest the pizzas were burnt with a lot of bubbles and were cut poorly, for someone who just paid $113.00 for pizza and bread sticks. It was even a hassle to get extra sauce for the bread sticks from the cooler. I've been a fan of Little Caesar's since the 90's and this experience was so bad that words don't do it justice. Currently I have been on hold on your customer service phone line for twenty-five mins. and still holding!!!! I'm not sure if it's because you are that thorough or that there are that many complaints. This experience has been poor all around and saving a few bucks, was not worth being 45 minutes late for my son's party or the quality of the pies themself. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR PARTIES AND LARGE ORDERS!!! Prices are not reasonable for the quality and they were better when they were $5 dollar pies!!!! Doing too much for their own good and quality is suffering......I would have been better off going next door and getting Ellio's pizzas from the freezer section!!!!

At this store I felt the customer service was great, however a friend had a procedure done and was hungry . We ordered two large 🍕 and since we had a long day we never complained my friend ate a whole pizza , I felt mine was burnt and I only had three slices. My friend ate more and realized it was burnt.
