Very friendly, helpful salesperson. I believe her name was Lindsey. And the pizza was very good and ready for immediate pickup. The only true fast food. The most economical, too. I went to this establishment in Dothan, Al on south Oates street 10-3-22 and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 hot and ready pizzas. I got home and both pizzas was swamped in sauce where it was unbearable to eat. As soon as I made it home to eat the pizzas with my family we picked up a slice and all the toppings just ran off the pizza onto the box! Worst pizza experience ever! Also, as they pulled me to the front of the store I could see the workers running around In the store playing around throwing stuff at one another. So unprofessional. It was no experience adult overseeing these irresponsible young adults! Never again will I spend money at this lil Caesar’s. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I have liked Little Ceasers for a while.This time, not.I ask about the extra pizza and would pay more for a more done pie.Not to be had.Pizza was way doughy and service was sub par.Im not speaking for all Little Caesars, just this one.Not happy. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I’m not sure why this is reoccurring issue and why it’s not being addressed by owner/manager. I put my order in online 30 min before opening (10:30am) for 4 cheese and 4 pepperoni It said to arrive 1 hr later (11:30-11:35am) Knowing and suspecting there may be an issue I called ahead at 11:15 am (no answer) I arrive at 11:37am (after eta of pizza being ready) Person at register and rest of staff was very nice but you could tell stressed out and down (probably 10 employees I could see) Girl asked if I called ahead and I told her I did but no answer. She was apologetic but I had to wait 20 min (finally got my pizza at 11:57am). Not sure what the issues are or how things are prioritized but there is reoccurring theme of this when ordering ahead or showing up to get 1-2 hot and ready (typically they don’t have cheese ready) I’m not sure if ownership mentality is service doesn’t matter bc main benefit of little Caesar’s is not having to order ahead and price but you would think there would be some level of integrity and desire to set a higher standard and attempt to fix this reoccurring theme Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this pizza store today and was greeted by Andrew. He made me feel at home and fulfilled my order perfectly!! He did such an amazing job that I did leave a tip in their jar on the counter, but I also wanted to write a review so your company recognizes him as an asset. Place has been ridiculously disorganized since day 1 of opening. You always have to wait at least 30 minutes to get your food. Staff is routinely unapologetic, and apathetic. I get it, it's a budget pizza place, but the motto is "hot and ready." I can deal with just okay pizza but it's gotta be faster than this. Went by there on May 26th and ordered the Stuffed Pretzel Crust Pepperoni pizza for my family and it was great! A little high in sodium, but that's to be expected with this particular pizza. This location has improved since I last went a few years back. It's great for hot n' ready's but if you're going for a speciality or wanting specific toppings, etc, I'd order ahead. I Ordered extra pepperoni got home and opened it and the toppings didn't even come to the edge of the pizza and there was almost no cheese under the pepperoni and it wasn't even sliced and on top of that it was cold! Not what I would call a hot and ready. Don't think I will go here again and I have visited here a lot, it was better at the old location down from the flying J
