I will never go to the Stow, OH location ever again. Pizza was late being made to where my husband was waiting for it for 15+ minutes in the lobby with 4 other people. The pizza was not what I ordered and was so greasy that I cut through the cardboard when it got home. I also didn’t get my sauce with my cheese bread. Then when I called the store for a refund, the staff didn’t know how to do it and told me to call back tomorrow. Super upset. Meal type Dinner

Glad this isn't the normal location I visit. Went here with my friend and her son to grab food for our kids to have during our bonfire. They were obviously short staffed but they were rude about it. We asked for 6 pepperoni pizzas and when we asked the one girl in the back goes "Are you serious?!". Handed everything to my friend with an attitude like we were inconveniences to them. We waited for 30 minutes which isn't bad considering it was a Friday but one women who was there waiting for a small order sat in her car for 30 minutes waiting for her food they were supposed to bring out to her and they forgot some of her items. They were also in such a hurry that they were literally tossing pizzas on the table. You could tell they were just bothered by every customer that came in that day. I waited 15 minutes for a Doordash that was sitting there the whole time. Not one employee helped me and yall weren't even that busy- the blonde guy with the beard in the back making pizza was literally falling asleep. HORRIBLE SERIVCE!
