This would have could be a 5 star experience. It was almost a 1 star experience though. 3 things saved it from being that bad though - first, the two employees offered to help me right away even though my order for pick up wasnt for another 20 minutes. Although it still took forever, i appreciated them for it. Secondly, the pizza was pretty good, especially for the price. And third, i happen to own a pizza slicer. But theres the one star problem. The pizza wasnt cut! Although i loved the idea of folding it in half and enjoyed my pretzel crusted cheese stuffed pepperoni calzone, i fear my kids would have been quite sad that i ate it all. So it was disappointing that we had to go all the way home to slice our pizza 😕 Id go back though. That was probably (?) a fluke and as i stated, it was pretty good. We preorderd for our pizza to be done at 415. We got there about 405. They said they didn't have an order for us. We showd them the receipt and suddenly it popped up on their screen. Great. We pulled around to wait and waited until 445. When we asked where our pizza was. The guy finally brught it out. (several folks who got there after us got their orders before us) When we got it home, it was over cooked to the point of being dried out and totally uncut. Late, burnt and uncut Not a good value! We've eaten here twice due to convenience. The first time, we ordered thin crust and were given stuffed crust. Today, we ordered a thin crust, and we were given parchment paper as a topping. Unless you have 30-45 mins to wait after ordering be my guest and go here. But if you’re in a hurry and live close to this one, either order pizza from Pizza Hut or just drive to one of the other little Ceasars in town. They didn't cut my pizza. They sent me home to my family with a whole pizza. No quality control. Also, their pretzel crust is not a pretzel crust. It is a regular crust with margarita salt thrown all over the entire pizza. I have ordered the pretzel crust from a different state and it looked nothing like it did at this location. Waste of money. I order online because I have my kids in the car(8 and under) and they just do not do good waiting. I arrived about 10minites after the time my order was supposed to be ready. I got there and they told me I have ti wait another 15 minutes. However, when I stated I wanted my refund the said 5 minutes. When this location was announced I was so happy to not have to drive across town. But you are better off driving to knickerbocker or Bryant before coming to this location. You are guaranteed a wait each time, half cooked pizza or incorrect order. I’ve been back several times (5-6) just due to convenience. At this point I would not return to this location. Someone needs to get this store in order, all the review before mine are all saying the same thing. I do not recommend this location at all, it’s absolutely horrible. I normally don’t review places. I received a notification that my pickup order was ready. I arrived and had to wait 30 mins after the time I was told to pull around. 6 other cars pulled around after us and received their food before we did. Only good thing was the pizza was hot.
