Can someone please tell me why the manager called the cops on a guy that just wanted to pay for the 4 pizzas he ordered, but not the 7 they accidentally made him? It is such an easy fix, yet the manager escalated the situation so quickly and fro no reason. The guy explained that he was having a hard time playing the order over the phone with a worker and that might have been the reason for the mistake and he just wanted 4 pizzas. It was so uncomfortable to watch and really makes me not want to go to this location. Something needs to be done with this manager. They even went back to the cooks and said "you know all of those thin crusts you just made? They are worthless now!" And slammed them on the back prep counter. I just really don't understand why it went from 0 to 60 like that? And that man didn't get any of his pizzas. From a business standpoint, wouldn't you want to sell at least 4 pizzas? It just blows my mind that this is happening. And the poor workers! I wonder what is going on with them behind closed doors. Super uncomfortable, unprofessional, and uncalled for. The pizza was delicious and filling. It was a little overcooked but it's what I like. The bread sticks were phenomenal. My only tweek is the marinara dipping sauce was a little tangy possibly spoiled. I'll still eat here though. These are the BEST breadsticks I've had at Littke Caesars, I needed 4 breads but there were only 3 so Instead of making me wait for 1, she made me all 4, thank you, your amazing! And she was so polite...❤️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible!! Everytime I go to this little Caesars. I get so upset with myself. 8 know it's going to be awful. Nothing is ever ready. Seems all way one person is running around doing everything. While everyone else is standing around talking. Especially the manager, or whatever she is. ( The lady with no teeth that can't pronounce the letter R ) do not go! Do not order delivery from these people. The only reason I ordered from here instead of Hungry Howie's is because of how much my kid loves the crazy bread. Except they didn't give me the crazy bread I ordered. They sent me the stuffed crazy bread I didn't order. And insisted that the wrong item was DoorDash's fault and responsibility because the driver didn't open up and TOUCH my breadsticks to make sure that LITTLE CAESAR'S were sending the right thing in the identical bags they put the both types of crazy bread in. They also insisted I was only getting the right thing if I got in my car and came to them. Which given the multiple dollar delivery fee I paid is unacceptable. So I call DoorDash like I'm (quite rudely) told to by the manager, even though I ordered off the company's website and not through DoorDash, and they just slap a meaningless refund on my account. Which still leaves us with no crazy bread but with the 100% guarantee that we will never be eating Little Caesar's again. Absolutely a waste of time. The woman running the register went to the back to help make food took 10 mins before she even took more order then had to wait another 15 mins for the hot and readys to get done. She acted like she didn't want to even be there let alone deal with customers. I will not be back to this store. Service Take out

When I got home the kids showed me the sauce looked funny when I looked I seen MOLD growing on the sauce! Yuck!! I went back to the store and the cashier was rude. I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier claimed she seen something in the sauce but did care to throw it away or look. The cashier claims the sauce was left out for 3 days. 🤮So glad the kids did not eat this and came to me. Do NOT eat at this location. She did refund me my money but this was unacceptable!!
