It's an order to go or preorder and pick up only. They have very few things precooked and ready to go. I asked if they had a product ready to go and was told yes, After ordering it and paying for it, they said it'd be ten minutes to make. Grrr After I got my order and took it home. I realized that they did not make what I ordered (even though it was repeated back to me when they handed it to me), it was an ordinary classic pizza and I ordered an extra most bestest. Since I didn't live close, and when I got home I immediately took off my work clothes to get comfortable before I ate, I was obviously not gonna take it back. It was edible as any fast food is, but disappointing it wasn't what I ordered. It'll probably be a little while before I return, but i'm sure I'll go back. Online order was efficient and convenient. Online order will provide an estimate, and notification, when your order is ready for pick up. In the store, there is a warming rack for online orders. Just look for your name on top of machine, enter your code or scan your QR code to open and remove your order. If you ordered a drink, it's in the machine in front of the warming rack. They are pretty quick on their orders and they're always friendly and there's always plenty of parking. There's not a lot of room to stand inside the restaurant but there is a lot of parking. Friendly staff, fast service, and great taste!! Their prices are fair for families to enjoy a nice pizza dinner. The young crew at this location all had gloves, mask, and a clean lobby area. Unfortunately, no hair nets were being worn. That's a must around food!!!

The service people are professional and efficient, and let's be honest it's hard to mess up pizza; no the main problem is the city and the environment that's been growing for the past few years. The increase in homelessness, crime, and overall uncleanness has made the area where this Little Caesars is located a very sketchy place to get good food, and probably to work at as well. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and the asked if I would be able to order a fresh stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. Tha manager was running the register and asked the cook if there was time and to me luck there was. Really grateful to the staff for going the extra mile for me. Most places would have said no but this store isn't like most other places. Give these guys a raise because even though it was late and they were still cleaning the didn't skimp on toppings or cut corners. My pizza was better than all of the times I've ordered Dominoes or Papa John's. This location was clean and quick. 5 STARS!!
