A great spot to check out. We have been fans of Roland & PJ for awhile now. They were once El Tejano and we followed them to the Left Coast Burger creation. They are located in the same facility as Eggcentrico. The hamburgers here are fantastic! My favorite is the Nor-Cal. They have an amazing chicken sandwich and other burgers to chose from. It’s a unique place that does *special* limited items too. Our favorite has been the Big Mac creation. The service is awesome and we love the staff and how well they take care of you. Amazing! I got the krispy krunchy fried chicken sandwich, homemade pickles, handcut fries with and array of homemade sauces!! I would give it 10 stars!! This is the BEST burger in ALL of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo!! The owners and everyone working there were great! They run a new special every week! Even though I live ALL the way in San Jose del Cabo I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. Great Food. Awesome atmosphere. The staff is amazing and our family loves the food. Roland, Joe, and PJ are amazing people and it shows in the quality of the food that they prepare. It’s rare to see such amazing people come together and make such an amazing menu. Do yourself a favor and try anything on the menu. The socal smash, the Fedder is genius, Norcal is great. Everything on the menu. From drinks, to the burgers and the fries. Its done very very well. The best burger I’ve had since moving to Cabo. Wish I found it sooner. Great food at a reasonable price and if you follow their IG account you’ll see their weekly specials. The staff are friendly and even our picky son loves the food! Easy to walk to from anywhere in Medano or downtown area. If you are looking for a Top tier burger food truck style, look no further! They take amazing pride in their burger and you can easily tell by how clean the place is! Looking for a great burger in Cabo? Look no further! Left Coast is where it’s at. When I first learned that two of my Cabo favorite burger joints were joining forces, I was excited. And that excitement has paid off. The regular smash burgers and melts are top notch, but my favorite regular menu item has the be the fried chicken sandwich, it is comparable to what I can find back in Texas. They also have weekly specials that you have to get while they last. Pictured here is their choripán sandwich and homemade pickle chips, which was awesome. Seriously the best burger I have had in all of Baja! I've been testing out the burgers through our drive through baja and apparently had to come all the way to this alley in Cabo to find the best in all the peninsula.
