We are all mostly numb to poor customer service, over priced meals, long waits etc. What is even more disappointing when it is at a local good chain who prided themselves on good food and good service. I care for my mom with dementia so when she wants something it is stuck in her mind and today it was boneless wings from Ledo Pizza. What I got after sacrificing my body to keep her order warm were eight, 10 - 18 hour old chicken nuggets that had BBQ sauce sprinkled on it and nuggies so hard they would break your tooth. I call ahead to return the $14 order of BBQ covered rocks and was so chill, manager said come back and hung up. I brought them back with me to show the difference between nuggets dipped in BBQ sauce that you then dip in ranch and actually having boneless wings, tossing them in a sauce, etc. This guy have cared less, I was trying to be nice. I grew up around wings and chicken nuggets because my father had been in the business and what they provided both times were unacceptable with way they aren't edible.
