This was a tough one for me. I like the location, the staff is personable and helpful, but none of the pastries are actually made on site. This removes what makes a Pâtisserie like this special. With that in mind, their treats are a bit pricey and a notch above what you'd get from a grocery store. We did enjoy a variety of their chocolates and macarons. The macarons are made with gluten free ingredients which is nice to see.
Popped into this charming little spot. The lady working was delightful. It really is a nice place! I wasnt overly fond of the lemon tart. Should have tried the macaroons! They looked amazing. Loved all the Halloween chocolates! I picked out all the Frankensteins for my little side kick and her sisters. Definitely give them a try!

We were out for a show at the Alberta Bair. Saw the shop and decided to give it a try. Really tasty selection of Gelato. Very clean on the inside. Decent selection on the inside. Worth a try if you have a sweet tooth.

This place is beautiful and the chocolates are a work of art. The tiramisu pasty was divine. Must stop here if you live in or are visiting Billings.

Their macarons are absolutely delicious! Perfectly light and crisp with a soft center. They always have a variety of flavors and every one I've tried has been really tasty. My personal favorite was the salted caramel or the coffee one..I forgot the name but it was delicious! 😋
Never had a macaroon before, and I'm glad my first one was here. I had a Belgian chocolate one, and it was smooth n creamy and perfect rich decadent cookie! Open until 8pm with had made chocolate a plenty, Gelato little tarts... omg! I'm in love

1 out of 5! Honestly, this place is nasty, I bought 6 of their chocolates, 6 macarons, (each $15 for 6), then one peach gel fruit, and peanut butter dolce, and a scoop of the pistachio gelato, total: $52 (including tip). Where to start? 1. The chocolates were nasty, horrible aftertaste, and the flavors were completely off. My friend said the salt Carmel tasted like tree bark, sadly—kinda accurate. 2. I was hesitant about the macarons because of the shells being poorly made, but how the hell do you make a macaron taste like flour? That was surprising considering they are made with almond flour. The filling was gross, some gel odd substance with artificial flavors. 3. The peach fruit gel candy, like—what the heck?! What were you doing? It was really bad. 4. The peanut butter dolce had a bitter chocolate flavor, (like—90% dark chocolate), but if that’s your thing, not mind. 5. THE WORST PART! Like the other review said, the gelato is not real, it was this weird ice shaving, chunky fake gelato, I threw it out. The positive, I did sample the raspberry sorbet , it was actually really good, and I am wishing that’s all I got. I wouldn’t recommend this place, 1 out of 5. This seems like an awful post, but it’s just my experience.

I would rate this -5 if I could. First in the name of all artisan pastry bakers who are making real cakes and charging around the same. Second, in the name of all people who simply don’t know what is a real napoleon cake (millefeuille): puff pastry, real vanilla crème pâtissière, and topped with a powdered sugar glaçage, and pay $6 for such a horrible bite made of chemical flavors. The filling was made out of a chemicals and we could feel it, it had nothing to do with creme pâtissière. The glaçage was hard as rock and falling out into pieces. The puff pastry which should be crispy was moist and very thin. But places like this and franchises like this exist only because of consumers not being aware. So please people who have a valid judgment please put it in reviews online. On the top of it, they don’t have restrooms. I have never been to a place that serves drinks and doesn’t have a restroom. Is this the way you treat your customers? Unbelievable
I struggle with giving this place 2 stars because I think the shop is adorable, and the gal that was working when we went in was SO nice. So this is definitely not a reflection of her or the store in anyway. However, we bought some macrons for my birthday. They looked delicious, got home and tried them. The flavor was there, but unfortunately I think they were old or had been sitting awhile because they were soggy inside. My brother and I have both had macron's many times (he's been to French bakeries IN Europe) and we both agreed that the texture was not correct. It's a bummer cause the macron's are pretty expensive, wouldn't go there again for those unfortunately. They need better quality control.
