I've been a Laura's customer for years and years. The food in the cafe is amazing, absolutely delicious and the service is great. Upstairs in the tearoom, I'm sad to say there seems to have been a decline. The last time my friend and myself were there, the food came out extremely slowly and there had been corners cut. Such as canned chicken in the chicken salad (canned chicken has such a distinct taste) and canned icing on the cake. For what you pay for the high tea experience, I would expect better. That part was disappointing but at least the cafe is still good as ever. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited this place for my sister's 61th birthday and made it a ladies' day with a party of 4 of various ages 69, 61,52, and 14. We had a fantastic time!! There are so many varieties of tea, and the delicacies served with it made it extra special. I recommend it for all.
