This is a chain of restaurants that is pretty popular, I have been to two in San Salvador and I must say that the food is good but the service is really bad, not sure if it's a policy but both times it was extremely difficult to get a refill of coffee. Their waiting staff seems confused and disorganized and not very attentive. Hopefully your experience will be better. 🤔 Meal type Breakfast Price per person $5–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

stop lying to the customer, try to serve the meat as you describe in the menu. the quality is really bad, I won't recommend this restaurant, Holiday inn hotel has the best meat plates that the customer will enjoy. The food was awful. I got the puyazo and it was just fat. The baked potato was also very hard and undercooked. The service was bad. We kept having to ask different waiters for the same thing. I won't be going back. There are restaurants with better steaks for half the price and also better service. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I just came in to buy a Sangria bottle to take out, but the staff welcomed me to stay and enjoy the outside view. My server even remembered I brought a bag and reminded me to take it. Our good friends treated us to celebrate our anniversary. From the employees greeting at the parking lot to the ones serving our table, every single detail was taken care of. Héctor was great, always attentive without being overwhelming. We will definitely be back. 🌷🍷😎❤

One the best steak places in town. Prices have gone up a bit since I was here last, but the quality remains the same. Impeccable service, great wine selection. Can't miss by going to La Pampa.
