Awesome place hidden away from the melacon. Plenty of delicious food. Vegan and vegetarian options are nice as well. Services are good and sometimes there some singers coming around showing their talents and collecting money. Cute place will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Didn't eat. Had just eaten. We just had drinks. Nice spot. Menu looked terrific. The staff was very nice. Next time I'll eat something. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–100 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We shared delicious quesadillas rajas with espresso drinks. I enjoyed the best mocha I’ve ever tasted. It was so dark and roasty with very little sweetness. My husband enjoyed this unique oil/seed sauce, pictured. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–300 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Not a great experience. It seems like it’s very low quality ingredients used here. The waffles tasted like cardboard and my BLT order was forgotten. When it finally got to the table it looked like it was thrown together in a matter of seconds. The bread was barely toasted, and the bacon was almost all fat. I could not eat it. We explained the situation to our waiter and then manager did not care and still charged us. Disappointing experience and we will not be back! Food: 1
I was surprised to see this place had a rating below 4.5 because I'm a frequent client and always have a pleasant experience. Having said that, I've never been here for other than breakfast. If you are visiting on a weekend, be there before 9am otherwise you will likely have to wait to get a table. They are pet friendly, usually they offer a water bowl for your pet. I also tend to order "extra chicken" with my meal and they will bring it in a pet bowl. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Went to this restaurant a couple times when I stay in La Paz. Everything was amazing, location close to a lot of local stores and the Malecón. The poke bowl was okay, but the chilaquiles, the coffee, smoothies and everything else was DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend this place. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–300
I’ve been coming here for three years. Though do you like this spot for breakfast or brunch, I will say that the food has been hit and miss, especially the quinoa bowls with seafood. Avocado toast and eggs are always solid. It gets very busy, so service is often slow. Great coffee and lovely sidewalk atmosphere. They have expanded the outdoor seating, added more plants and decorations and are now open until the evening.
I spent two weeks in La Paz in late Oct 2022. La Mentita was our favorite place. The food is great, the Poke Bowls were fresh and delicious, the Chiliquiles were such a wonderful start to a great day. We had many items and were never disappointed. I have an egg allergy and they were very helpful and responsive to small changes and/or additions. By the end of our trip we felt like we were part of the family!
Amazing place! I should've been before, i wenton my last day here for breakfast and service was amazing. Plus, the place is pet friendly and sooo beautiful. I took the Pan Francès. It's not exactly like the real french toasts, but it was a mexican style: with lots of cinnamon. Be aware if you're not a fan of it! I love cinnamon, so I really liked it. The toasts were smooth, tasty and well presented! The price is quite cheap compared to other restaurants in La Paz. I highly recommand. Don't miss it!

The food was quite nice, but the service needs attention. The waiters don't know who is new customers, who has been helped and whom not, whether you still need to get a menu or if yours has been taken away already. Maybe the amount of waiters need to be increased. The location is very well though and it has a nice seating area outside with many beautiful green plants and a various selection on their menu. Walking distance to the malecon and the art museum. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–100 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
