I'm a snob when it comes to chilaquiles. Growing up my mom would make some of the best chilaquiles. This restaurant is close to or on par with what I grew up with. You don't get a soggy mess of tortilla and salsa. The tortilla is fried to perfection and they have a wide variety of salsas to choose from. The service was good, although the second time I went the restaurant was packed so getting the food out took longer. Can't say much about atmosphere, it's by the side of the main road. Excellent place for breakfast! It may look as a traditional dish for many but the taste that the sauces come with are really good and different. You can find chilaquiles green, red, Chipotle, habanero and even nopales sauce. I definitely recommend it!

We really loved this place for our last breakfast in Valle De Guadalupe. My wife and I both had chilaquiles and love it! We also split a crepe that was good but the chilaquiles were the star of the show. Flavorful, nice salsa and very filling. We will come back next time we come to VDG.
