I had the tuna tower. I was so pleased with it! The flavors were so good. When I ordered it I was a little skeptical. But it was the most satisfying plate of food I've had in canton texas! We arrived 10 minutes before they closed the lunch run, but they were so polite about it being so close to closing and still served us with the best service.

Back again, another wonderful service by Aldi and good sushi. Music is nice too, similar to Air Supply & Journey.
We had The Cali Sunshine Roll- super good. Crab, cream cheese, avocado and eel sauce, spicy mayo served warm with a crispy tempura crust.
My hubs steak hibachi was tender and cooked perfectly. The veggies were seasoned so well. You can get tender steak hibachi and sushi for a fraction you pay at Benihana! Service still impeccable!
Sushi was fresh and so good. What a surprise- the 1st Monday Roll was our favorite. We also liked the Vegetable Roll. The Miso and Onion soups are both very good and full of flavor. The ginger salad is what you expect at a hibachi restaurant. You won't find a live hibachi show here as they prepare for in the kitchen, but you get awesome tender steak hibachi, and the best vegetables that have a little char & caramelized - better than any I've had a hibachi joints. If you are in East Texas or Canton and want hibachi, don't be afraid to try this.
We have been 3 times and have had 3 great servers. The manager has always come to check on us, too.
Negatives- No hot tea the days we were there. This would have helped because-
*Bring a jacket in if you are cold natured, the a/c works great at this place.

The steak was cooked perfectly medium as requested. It was buttery/juicy with a lightly pink center. The fried rice was good but the veggies were even better as they can steamed covered in a light sweet sauce. The salad could use less liquid/dressing and the soup was plain, however they both served as a decent starter. We also shared a Red Dragon Roll which was delicious.

Hibachi Steak and Shrimp
We had a group of 5 stopping for late lunch on New Year’s Eve. The original plan was hibachi. We were visiting town so we expected the regular tables where they cook in front of you. That’s not the case. One in our group preferred hibachi that was prepared in the back. It was served with a small salad and miso soup. We ordered takoyaki, spring rolls, and shrimp tempura as appetizers. The others ordered sashimi. shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll and another combination of 3 rolls. Also egg noodles. We also had mango mochi ice cream. All the food was delicious and the service was on point. The presentation was beautiful and they gave us an extra free order of strawberry mochi ice cream. Server was friendly, fast and attentive. BYOB.

Very nice Japanese style restaurant. Service and food good. Seasoned rice excellent. Be nice if they offered a choice of sticky rice or seasoned rice. The steak hibachi was really good. Nice seasoning and tender steak. Vegetables fresh. Lunch menu affordable, but large portions with a soup or salad. Be nice if there was a choice of noodles or rice on the lunch menu without a up-charge.

Went there when it was first opened. They had no air conditioning and fans were blasting but it was still hot. The food came out warm and flavorless which was disgusting. We got our food to-go since it was hot but even the ice in my drink melted before we left. We had time constraints otherwise I wouldn't have given them a dime.
