This is absolutely my favorite place!!! You can eat very tasty food here, and in principle it’s not that expensive; a regular pancake costs about ~41 zloty. I come here every week and eat delicious food, the waiting time for a dish is about 15 minutes, which is pretty fast. My personal favorite is pancakes with cheese and bacon :D

Kumo To Yaki is a new place serving Japanese pancakes in Warsaw located at the Fabryka Norblin food court.
TLDR: The food is good and the service is friendly, but the prices are relatively high and the food court itself is not sensory friendly, through it is somewhat accessible with a wheelchair.
The pancakes are extremely soft and tasty - I’ll be honest, I've never had anything like that before. There are only four options available at the moment, but the "Tea Ceremony" has a distinctive matcha taste and the "Fruity Classic" is a standart, but nonetheless delicious version with jam, sauce, and a few berries.
The servers were friendly and nice, and the design of the booth is amazing. The prices are relatively high, but you'll probably feel full after one portion, so here’s that.
Unfortunately, the food court itself is very loud (we visited at 7 pm on a Wednesday), with a lot of people, live music, and bright lights. It's not a sensory friendly place at all. The food court is also wheelchair accessible, but be aware that the space between tables inside is limited, so it might be tricky to navigate. Also, the counter is bar-height (see photos).
Overall, I would rate Kumo To Yaki 8/10. It's a nice place, but I probably won't go again purely because it’s not exactly my thing. I would definitely recommend it to those who are interested in trying Japanese pancakes, though!

Spent the loveliest valentine brunch at this food town stall! Employees are super nice, pancakes are delicious (and unexpectedly VERY filling!! Come hungry, I couldn't finish!). 10/10 would pancake again.

Wonderful experience. Loved the fluffy pancakes “Fruity Classic” with jam, seasonal fruits and vanilla cream. Very delicious. Additionally I tried the matcha latte with maple syrup, very good! The service is pleasant and kind. You can pay by card here. The place is located inside Food Town by Fabryka Norblina, so there are many tables where to sit and to eat. Highly advised to visit and try Asian tasty plates.

Fruity Classic
First time having fluffy pancakes and it did not disappoint! The texture was of a cloud and the flavour was just great. I had movie star with popcorn and its just the breakfast you need on a gloomy day in Warsaw. Also the server kindly gave me extra pump caramel so thanks 🫶
