Happen to come right as the hot donuts sign was lit ..so you know I was one happy person as I entered the store to be greeted by the smell of yeast and fresh dough and then to see them head under the waterfall of icing was more then I could stand. I hurried to the counter and with just a little bit of excitement and greed as the cashier, could I please have some of the donuts right off the line. So there I was with donuts and chocolate milk..so what I like chocolate milk anyway.. I 'm smelling the various flavors as I go my car, can't eat just yet.. late for a Dr. Appointment..I get to my appointment and I just can't stand it anymore..I'm getting a donut right now before I go in to see the doctor.. I stuffed my face with donut at the same time trying to dri k some of the milk so I don't choke.. the security guard must have seen me cause she's laughing like crazy at the picture that I must have looked like. Worst location ever. Don't bother stopping for a free hot donut, they "don't do that". Ordered iced latte, we were told they couldn't make it because they didn't have milk, as you can see they could have if they wanted to. Worker wanted to fight. Went to order the Vday donuts. I had to repeat my order multiple times cause the person with the headset was not paying attention. If it wasn't for my children I would have drove off. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This location has delicious Krispy Kreme donuts and even better customer service. I leave with a smile every time I come here. The donuts are always fresh, hot, and melt in your mouth. This is the best Krispy Kreme location that I have been to.

The worst Krispy crème doughnuts I’ve had… it taste as if they frying them in old grease Definitely super greasy and on top of that the icing is not enough it literally my first time eating KK doughnuts at this location I went back 2 times afterwards thinking if was just going to be 1 or 2 bad experiences But NO this place needs to be called something else not KK DOUGHNUTS for sure I drive on my free time past this location and go straight to Gulfport to buy 2 dozen’s. . Never hot doughnuts either it’s like they cooking them and storing them to sell damn if I wanted day old kk doughnuts I’ll just purchase the ones in Walmarts theirs even better than these:( need new cooks and new management clearly it’s something the customer service well it’s ok also definitely not CF type more of a McDonald atmosphere 😂 the service match the quality of food TERRIBLE Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Service was poor!! The young guy in the drive thru ignored us. We said hello and thank you, he never said a mumbling word!! The donuts we’re Greasy Greasy Greasy!!! And soggy!! Made me nauseous!! I could not finish one donut and purchased a dozen!!! Will not get my business again. Thank you!!
