Delicious specialty doughnuts like the pumpkin cheesecake, but I believe the prices are getting outrageous. All the extra upcharges without warning. I don't normally write reviews like this... but, customer service has gone way downhill. Had to call customer service to dispute being charged for an incorrect coffee which ended up being undrinkable and sickening. I do not recommend the specialty coffees, especially from this location. Hope to hear back from customer care. Update: I was unable to resolve the issue as a $4 refund was not worth my time.

This was my first visit to a Krispy Kreme and the staff were SO NICE!!! They offered to take my photo and offered me a free paper hat and showed me the donut making process...which you can see through the glass wall! I had so much fun and the donuts were beautiful looking and amazing! Fresh outta the fryer was so good!! Thank you so much for everything you did to make my visit amazing!!

Picked up through drive through. I love Krispy Kreme, my favorite doughnuts but the prices are going up. I just can't afford those prices that often which is sad. But they are so good. If you go hopefully the fresh light is on, best time to get them. My kids love Krispy Kreme!! My youngest son got a blanket that looks like a strawberry sprinkled doughnut and he wanted to show the workers. We went to the Salisbury location to get donuts the place was out of donuts and boxes everywhere pulled in and they locked the doors! Not sure if they are moving. Pretty disappointing really would have liked some donuts. 😤
