We have been supporting this Home industry for over 20 years, with big orders by the way. I bought a cake from them on Tuesday and returned there today to ask if we could borrow a cake stand. You would think that as a loyal return customer that the owner would be more friendly and helpful. That was the opposite of how the owner responded. The owner told me I would have to buy another cake in order to use the cake stand. I think I may have had unrealistic expectations by asking to borrow a small piece of metal that they have many of and after the thousand of rands we've spent over 20 years you would think she would be more accomodating. This is a place where you can have your cake but you choose not to eat it because of the bitter taste that the owner and the service leaves in your mouth. P.S you've lost a loyal customer.

Well, I arrived 15 minutes early to purchase some goodies didn’t mind waiting as there website says opens at 7am🤔.... it’s now 7:10am and shop still closed, so I’m going to Fonsos bakery in Monument Rd. What a pity you would have made money out of me this morning.
