The name “Good host” not at all corresponds to to good anything, especially service. I really appreciate that if explicitly told that the food will be ready in 15 minutes - it is approximately so. I am considerate towards having many customers at a time, but 15 is not even near 40 minutes that waited - with a comment that the “food is not still ready”. Hospitality at it’s worst!
