Beautifully located at the bank of the river. Pleasant atmosphere, quick and nice service. And the most important excellent Greek food!!! Perfect Kleftiko - soft and juicy lamb shank in aromatic, spicy vegetables with Greek yoghurt. Wonderful lamb chops. And to drink excellent Greek beer Mythos. I will surely come back! Amazing vegetarian food and welcoming and friendly service. I've been in Knossos more than a couple of times, and they've never disappointed me in any way. Neither the food nor the service. Of all places, the best Greek restaurant I’ve ever been to in Norway is in Fredrikstad. Great service, great location and amazing food. What more can you ask for? Strongly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Aesthetically pleasing environment, friendly staff and owner. They seem like good people. Food was a disappointment. Both times I were here, it did not seem like they used fresh ingrediences. The Mosacca I ordered I have made better myself at home. Which is really weird, as this is a Greek restaurant, which should be able to make a delicious Mosacca. After our main course we had to wait 15-20 minutes to order a dessert. When getting no eye contact or a waiter coming to our table (still not getting to order dessert) we had to go to the bar and pay where a supposed colleague who sat in the restaurant enjoying a beer had to help us pay. Until now this is the best Greek restaurant that I have been in Scandinavia. Traditional and original Greek food. We took a variety of foods such as Greek tigania, shrimps saganaki, dakos and we proved some deserts also. All of them were very very tasty. I really recommend it! Tasty food, clean place. A little pricey and some key dishes missing. But considering the lockdown, this is ok. Will come back again 👍
