I work down the street and finally stopped in this place. Employees were super friendly and welcoming, and sushi chef looked like he really knew what he was doing. I got a grab and go eel and avo roll and a salmon skin salad, totaling to about $16-17. Verdict: the food is divine. Freshest sushi I've had in Hilo yet. Will definitely be going back soon to try other menu items, including their fish selection, chirashi bowls, specials, etc. Looks next level. Wow wow wow.....the service is fantastic and freshness of their sushi is out of this world. The closest thing to Tsukiji Market in Japan!!! If you're on The Big Island and want FANTASTIC sushi, you NEED to visit Kitchen Umeko!!!! Enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
