Finally, our first KinTaco..! Get tickets at the machine, wait a bit, maybe get a juice at the vending machine and your number will be called in a few minutes!
We ate at the beach on (?) Kaichu Road. Sooooo good. Lettuce kept falling out. Yum.

I lived in Tokyo 20 years ago. We remember some very broken Japanese. So we are visiting our friends in Okinawa. They are talking about Okinawa Taco Rice, and asked if ever had the Okinawa Taco Rice. We said no we haven’t had Tako rice, hearing Japanese Octopus not TexMex Taco’s.
After clarification we arrived and had a great picnic

Located in between the White Beach Naval and Heshikiya Port. This taco spot serves it up. There is a ticket machine upon entry with photos so you can order your meal. Once you get to the counter the lady will take your ticket, ask questions about things you would not like on your item, and give you a pickup number/ticket. When it’s time for pickup you’ll collect your item to either eat on premises or take away. The ladies are the cutest and a very well working group. From order to pickup I would say it was about a 15-min wait. This time included 2 prior orders as well.

I loved it! The vending machine made ordering a breeze, and the staff were very friendly! The tacos were delicious. I only stopped for a snack, but next time I'll definitely order more!
Also, check out the farm behind the store. Very scenic and relaxing.

A great place to visit if you want delicious food with huge portions on a very cheap price! Plenty of parking space are available with clean toilets inside! English Menu is also posted!

The taco's, taco cheeseburger, and taco rice are all worth the drive to this King Tacos. You can eat outside at the picnic tables in the shade and enjoy the gentle breeze. They do get extremely busy between 11:30 and 13:30 so you might want to schedule your visit before or after that. A++++ service and food! 🌮 🌮 🌮 🌮

I have been visiting King Tacos in Katsuren for over 18 years now. Since the move to their brand new facilities, there have been some good points and bad points. Good points are that they continue to provide their delicious tasting tacos and taco rice dishes along with other mains and side dishes. The service is quick and polite with a pay first machine. The downside is the lack of in-house dining options like they used to have in their old establishment.
