Needed some dinner before travelling home. Quick Google search found Kilim Turkish takeaways. Based on Google reviews we decided to give it a try. They were not wrong. Hubby and I both got chicken kebabs and they were so so tasty! Have supported this business for years, unfortunately the last few times we have been in customer service has been absolutely shocking. One lady in particular (owners wife perhaps) who always has a look of disgust and clearly does not want to be there. Creates a very unpleasant experience as the food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Although, having given the worker herself the benefit of the doubt to many times over, will be traveling into Hastings for Turkish from now on. I absolutely love this place, when I'm in Kapiti visiting my family I try every year to go to Napier, my favourite city in N.Z to eat here. Sitting outside in the sunshine, eating their delicious food, with my family, life doesn't get much better.
