Ordered through Bolt Food, they forgot to put in my wrap from a combo. Had to re-order again 👎 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person €15–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Very slow service and we had to ask what was messing from the order to get everything.. some orders were displayed on "in progress/ready" screen, some were not. Not on the same level as well-working KFC. Food was good!

After queueing up for 30min. I have been rudely told that they don't have what I want (chicken wings), then i requested chicken peaces, and guess what...they did not had it either. The member of staff wasn't helpful at all and she looked like she's not bothered. So we left. Service is far from what we were getting back in UK, managment should be worried

Most salty chicken wings I've ever tried across the world! Who ever cooked the chicken were either deeply in love or just didn't care. Also menu is quite poor. No box meals, lack of burgers and no App or Colonel's Club. But I guess it's fine as this is the only KFC in town :)
