Saw commercial about chicken sandwich. On my way home wanted to try it. Did not go inside. Just the drive thru. Employee was short but courteous. I received my order and took it home. I love there barbecue chicken sandwiches & there wraps. The one on vineyard & foothill Blvd Always been excellent for me. But now they're going to have one closer to my house. But if the new one has attitude. I will continue to go to the one in rancho. So I go through the drive thru order a chicken sandwich meal. Ask for Extra mayo and ranch and the male CS says ok. I then pay, he hands me the bag slams the window in my face. Does ask if I need anything else. I wait and wait and wait for him to return to rhe window. I ask him for the mayo I ordered. He's says I can't give u Mayo. The owner said we can't give our Mayo. I said I can pay for it. NO WE DONT GIVE OUT MAYO. SO I asked for a refund on my food. I want mayo on my chicken sandwich. So rude and ridiculous. Waste of my time. Never go here again. Best Kfc to go to. They’re really fast and food comes out fresh and hot. I appreciate the workers and each and everyone were so kind. Recommend coming here also for those who are asking for pot pies they just brought them back!!! Chose Extra Crispy Option: When ordering online, you can choose the 'Extra Crispy' option which might not always be available in-store. Don't let the in-store stock deter you from ordering this delicious variant online! My Experience: Upon arriving at the designated store for my online pickup, I noticed the pickup shelf was vacant. The store wasn't bustling with activity, and for a moment, there wasn't anyone at the cashier either. After a brief wait, a young man appeared. He informed me that while the 'Original' option was available, I'd need to wait an extra 17 minutes for the 'Extra Crispy' chicken. I decided to wait, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice! The chicken was piping hot, fresh, and truly lived up to the 'Extra Crispy' promise. Kudos to the young man for his honesty and suggesting the wait. However, I hope the store improves its quality control and gains more business. A busier store might motivate the staff to be more efficient. It's happened twice now that they're unable to make crispy/extra crispy chicken during nighttime hours. Both times we ordered on the KFC app. And both when our order was ready they asked me if we wanted original recipe instead. The workers were unable to cancel or refund the order. And the app doesn't have a refund button, plus the customer support phone number doesn't work. The workers should be able to cancel or refund an order if it can't be fulfilled, because the app ain't working right for that. Workers have an attitude and slow service. They’re also out of hot and honey chicken which they’re advertising through out the store at dinner time. Update 10-24-18 Just went there again today hoping for better service and KFC sounded excellent. Come to find out my 3 boxed meals all came with gravy. Where's my mashed potatoes? Avoid this place if possible, you'll be disappointed at some point.

I just got the family 12 piece meal and I am disgusted the chicken is not the same as it was before, all of the chi cken in the bucket is cold in the middle and undercooked and stale!!! $30 is too much. I will attach pictures. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50

This place is a joke . Customer service is definitely can be compared to a joke. The employee that helped me didn’t welcome me. After I told the cashier that we were still looking, he left us standing there for like 10 min until I said HELLO. So many workers standing around but no one wants to help. SMH
