If you come here for lunch, plan on making it a hour long trip. I came here for lunch today, there was 1 other car in line. Once I reach the speaker they asked me if I wanted to try one of there deals; I said no and proceeded with my order. I got no response for 7 minutes when finally someone said “we’ll be right with you”. I waited another 5 minutes until someone finally took my order. After paying they asked if I’d pull up to the curb and wait which I did.. for 30 minutes. At this rate I was at least expecting hot fresh food given I had waited 45ish minutes by now. However; I got luke warm chicken. I’d be fine with waiting if the food is worth it, but it 110% was not. Just go to Pennfield kfc. As a former employee who is servsafe certified, I am absolutely horrified and appalled on the operations being conducted in the kitchen. Not only did the manager try to correct flaws, but the employees did not heed the insight. The continous amount of unsanitary practices in the kitchen should be warranted by the health department and I would absolutely advise not dining here until they correct their flaws. Went inside to order, 2 employees came in from outside. Looked at me and said wait a minute then proceeded to go towards the back to talk to someone. Came back around to front counter, told me I had to use kiosk to order then she disappeared. I had a question about an item and waited for someone to come to front counter ended up walking out thoroughly disgusted. Previous time I went inside to order they're was no one had to wait for employee to appear and was rudely told to wait. Other customers inside lobby had been waiting 20 minutes for their food. This used to be a decent KFC but now will not go back due to the rudeness of employees and the amount of time it takes to get food Service Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The young manager underage female was very rude to the 2. Ladies behind me wouldn't give back their money. When they were told, it would be 30 minutes to get there order. First time coming to this KFC and I will not be coming back here again. I was not given sauce for my sandwhich nor a fork for my side, the cashier was very rude and didn’t even say what my total was at the speaker or the window. I have ordered a pot pie from here 4 times now and every time get this nasty bowl with the instant mashed potatoes corn and what is kinda chicken. I called the store and the manager is rude and says there is nothing they can do then hangs up, called their 1800 number and was told to call door dash. Door dash isn’t the problem KFC is. We also ordered chicken breast and received thighs. How can you not know the difference. Scheduled a pick up order for 8:15 PM. The app said the order was ready and I head in and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Everyone was in the back talking and not acknowledging anyone in the lobby. I was handed my order without being told anything and I go thru it and my fries and Mac and cheese were missing not a big deal. I let them know and then I was informed they were “out” of fries. I then say ok just an extra Mac and cheese then was told they were out of that as well. As I’m grabbing my bag to leave I see them serve up fries for the drive thru. I've ordered here 3 times through different ways. Grubhub, as guest, and as KFC member. All three orders was incorrect receiving. I 've ordered 8 pc. Chicken bucket with 4 drums and 4 thighs. Never received those. Always 2 peices drums, thighs, wings and breast. And the chickens usually not fried just before, it was heated only. I guess the chicken peices were fried at least 2 days ago from my orders. I've enjoyed KFC, but I cannot at this store.
