This location has been decent in the past for me. But, at this recent visit, I encountered indifferent and near unfriendly, front counter service. Inside was empty, and staff stood around talking while preparing a 90 dollar order, and I was served our food in the same indifferent manner. At home, we found gravy missing and original chicken that looked and tasted almost like crispy. It's hard to get consistent service and food in these places anymore. We all know “stuff” sometimes happens when you go out to eat(or even make food at home) so…Find a place that’s willing to make it right! I appreciate the manager Jason helping me out when we were missing a few items from our drive-thru order. It’s all about how you treat people, and I appreciate how this location/the manager handled our unique experience. the workers were extremely rude. they judged me for my accent, they began to cuss me out after asked for wings. they also lied and told me that we couldn’t get extra sauce because they were out. my chicken was dry and undercooked by the staff. after asking if they had wings and hearing my accent, they brought a different employee to the window. when handing me my food, the man in glasses withheld my food from me so i had to unbuckle and open my door to reach my food. the workers were extremely hostile and were audibly talking bad about me and my accent. Ordered a eight piece bucket with no special requests, assuming it would be heavenly made with light and dark meat. I personally prefer dark meat and all eight pieces were white meat and dry. I also got the mashed potatoes with gravy. The potatoes had no taste and they had a VERY small amount of gravey. I ate two pieces of chicken and gave the other six pieces away. I ordered at the drive up window at 5 pm on a Tuesday. Ordered a 12 piece meal, original all dark meet. After waiting 20 minutes, because all they had at that time was crispy, I took my meal home. Worst experience this evening. My iced tea tasted really odd and was the wrong color. My chicken was dry and hard, like it had been sitting all day. A side of tiny a$$ mashed potatoes cost $3.39?? Oh and your kfc sauce is just nasty thousand island dressing. The guy who helped me was really nice but maybe clueless as to anything being wrong. I call in advance to see when the freshest chicken is coming up, (haven’t got hung up on yet lol) or if I’m placing a big order they will even offer to drop some chicken. It’s fresh, hot and tastes great! They are so friendly there…I can’t believe it…like going back into the 1950’s..Jason is so nice and courteous. Good employees! will not make new chicken "after 8 or so" as apparently cook needs to start breaking down. have had this happen several times now. if all they have is extra crispy you cant get original... at least post a note that after 8 you can only get whats already cooked? I placed an online order via the KFC APP, the prompt told me 7:26pm and I was notified just about then that it was ready. Upon entering the staff stated the order wasn’t ready yet despite the fact I was noticed it was ready. 20 minutes later I asked about my order and it still wasn’t ready. After another 20 minutes I was told they didn’t realize I also ordered an 8 piece crispy chicken. So 2 orders or hot wings and an 8 piece and 40 minutes later after entering and nothing. I asked for my money back and was told that since I ordered from the app they couldn’t help and shoved a sticky note in my face with a phone number to call. This store is completely mismanaged. They never have food and no one ever knows what’s going on. Customers were being asked to switch out food and orders are incomplete. We need a below zero here! Just paid over $80 and received half bowls of everything. Burnt or crispy mac and cheese not sure what is was. My kids didn't even like the food that's saying a lot.
