After waiting 30 minutes or more in line, we were missing food in our order and had to tell them before we drove off, because we were not about to wait another 30 minutes. Chrystal was our cashier and there was no urgency when getting to us to take our order, and when she did, she was very hasty. My fiancé ordered a snack wrap combo, and the snack wraps were so small. They also gave a small fry with it (they were gross). Save your time and money, and just go to Popeyes in Springfield. At least your time is spent driving and not idling. We went through the drive through. We ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks. The tone of her voice was that we were an inconveniance and when we asked for a drink carrier, she rolled her eyes, slammed the drive through window and went to get the carrier. There was no one else in the drive through at the time. I could maybe understand if they were slammed. It was just before 5:00. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We've been here several times since they opened and almost every time they got my order wrong. Wrong chicken, wrong side dishes and wrong drinks. Or all these things at once but one or two wrong items. Plus they want you to order by number and not a three piece white meat with Cole slaw. Some help doesn't know what comes with what numbers. We still go back but we hold up the line while we check what they handed us. It may hold the line up but I don't have to drive around and go in to get my order straight. I wanted fried chicken at 8 pm. Lol My husband found this KFC (we were on a little getaway to Branson) and I got my chicken. It was hot and fresh and crispy. Something I didn't expect at 8 pm. went during opening. food was fine but the meat was tough and sides were drying on top. The staff were so overwhelmed. You couldn't feel the personalities of either staff, or interior decor. I was the only one in the store and waited over five minutes and no one would wait on me. Ended up walking out. I will never eat here again. Went across the street to Walmart and bought 8pc fried chicken for $8. KFC is $22. Not bad either. Service: 1

Asked if they had original coated chicken, because in the past ordered original, they said they was out of it & only had crispy chicken. The lady said yes. Got our food & sat down & opened box. It was crispy chicken. Took it back to counter. She said yes that is original. It was so over cooked that there was no meat on the leg bone. Asked for dark meat. Got a breast piece. I've been in line for over 40 minutes. Can't get out of the line because there are people behind me. No one is moving. I did hear a voice come over the speaker to a car in front of me and they were told to be patient! You think someone could at least come out and tell those of us stuck in line what is going on and why we can't even leave here because maybe someone in the front of the line is waiting on chicken? Wil never come here again. The owners need to come and experience the less than poor service. Maybe they should close the store if this is how they "serve" fast food!

Little old lady at the window was so cute and eager to help! Told me there were only 3 people to work. I waited for my 8 pc extra crispy bucket. It tasted awful. the ‘crispy’ was not and tasted like flour with a load of pepper. Very disappointed this trip thru. $26.00 for 8 pc chicken that was not edible.
