A lot of people point out that waiters offer nicely cooked biscuits here. Visitors don't like chicken strips at this fast food. Kfc is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Just ordered a “family meal!” Paid $32 for some old, hard, chicken and fries from KFC. Absolutely disgusting…. I’m a busy working mother, and had to find something else to feed my family. Then I proceeded to call the East Moline IL location where I went and no answer. Well, hmm wonder why! They know what they did… Never will I go or order there again. I will give my hard working money to Chikfila. While enjoying their yummy food. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

Chicken tenders fell well below expectations. Prices are insane. $50 for a 16 tender family meal with 4 tiny sides. Just a joke. Used to be good. No more KFC for us. We will go out and pay less. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Absolute worse service at a drive thru I ever had . Stopped by feb.26 around 4;30 . My dinner came with the wrong chicken selection . The biscuit was hard as a rock . Ask for some butter . Never got it . And to top it off , I realized when I got home I didnt even get a straw for the drink . Those guys working that day didnt give a care. How do you work at a chicken place and dont know the difference between dark and white chicken . Total dump. Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. Tonight was no exception as I was shortchanged and when I came back to try to get what I ordered all the doors were locked and I was ignored when I went to the window. I honestly don't understand how this location stays open. The customer service at this location is trash.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! I came thru the drive thru ordered 2 mac and cheese bowls and a famous bowl okay get it home mind you I live in Moline but work in east moline so came to this location after work well after spending $28 I get my food home and all the "POPCORN CHICKEN" is rock hard over cooked or they just fried the breading? I'm not sure. Called and was told that if it's been eaten out of I can't receive a refund lol what a joke I live about 20 mins away I have all the hard "chicken" that I should've taken back smh this place is a joke I will never give this location my money ever again and if you choose to good luck!
