I went to the drive through waited to place my order no one was on the audio set. Drove round to see if there was someone at the payment window and there was no one. Went to collection window and there was a vehicle collecting their order. I got to the window and was asked where did I order I explained everything and wanted to place my order there as there were no other vehicles in the drive through. The one wearing the headset then said to me that I must drive around and do the whole process again. I refused and left. Why must I wast petrol because she was not doing her job. The worst service ever. If this continues it won't be long before the doors close. Very disgusting. I won't recommend anyone go there it is a waste of time and money. What an absolutely disgusting meal. Chicken tastes like it was made in old oil. Everything was cold. Chips hard as a rock. There should be zero excuse for bad service since I went after 10pm and was the only person there. Lady who served me looked like she never wanted to help me. I should have cancelled my order there and then. @ kfc customer service please do not even ask me to waste a phone call to you guys. Your service sucks. I highly recommend avoiding this kfc at all costs. Last time I ever use your disgusting service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm deeply disgruntled as someone who has ordered here for the first time ever only to receive an entire order spoiled by a mash and gravy that was thrown into the bag while open and and another that was closed but barely had anything in it. I think if Colonel Saunders had to taste the chicken tonight, he would turn in his grave. The chicken is soaked of old oil and the 11 spices are nowhere to be tasted. Because of the old oil used, the taste of the chicken is bitter and that is about all you taste. In general I do not think that Kentucky is what it used to be and somewhere someone messed up this wonderful recipe...hopefully one day I can walk into a Kentucky and taste this again. On three occasions I have received terrible food. Either the chips are awful or the meal is old. We ordered the new crunch slider and the way this thing came in the box was a joke.. I have only ever once had a decent meal from this KFC..

Extremely disappointed and angry. The chicken was so extremely hard and dry. Realizing at home it was the chicken of a customer who ordered and the order was standing there for a very long time. The cashier lady name appear as Grazio Daniels on the slip, asked me if I wanted to take the same chicken someone ordered as the chicken was probably there for an hour. Said I will wait for the fresh chicken that was busy. The lady took that order to the back and as I tasted realized it was the same that was put in the oil again. I am so disgusted in that lady. We work hard for our monry to have these luxories that were awful!!!! I will surely go back and set her right and give her the rest of the chicken to eat herself!!!The worst KFC!!!!
