Open at 8:00 am serving breakfast. Normal menu starts at 10.00 am. Plenty of seating. But I can’t seem to connect to their wifi. Great customer service!

A modern fastfood outlet attached to the Harbour Centre that refuses to open the adjoining entrance until 10:00am. So the early crowd of tourists at 8:00am queueing for tickets find it difficult to grab breakfast before the ferry. For such an incredible feat of customer inconvenience, the local kopi stalls are grateful. Thanks Colonel Sanders for supporting local small businesses. Live and Let Live !

Located in front of the mersing jetty. Connected with the mersing harbour center.
The restaurant is clean. And it is quite new.
Order didn't take too much of problem. They use self service kiosk to take your order. You can either pay with card or qr code. Just the customization didn't have much choice so I have to go to the counter and tell the waiter.
Food is alright like every other KFC.
Overall it's alright.

This is not my first time coming here but this KFC really have poor procedure for drive thru. The staff insisted me on making an u turn since the parking for drive thru already full. So complicated and difficult for customer. Already informed the staff and she responds is very unprofessional.

While traveling to Tiomon via Cataferry we popped in just after they opened for a quick bite. The kitchen just opened so the prep was a bit slow, however we were not in a rush so it was fine. On the way back from our stay on the island we hit KFC again as we needed food ASAP, and this time it was delivered quickly. We got a few Zinger chicken burgers and the meat was perfect, same with the fries, however the tenders were going to take longer so we went with the nuggets instead. These were not that impressive, but did the job. If you are in Mersing and waiting for a ferry and need some food, I recommend the KFC. One thing to note, the restaurant does NOT have customer toilets, so you will need to use the mall toilets, which cost ,50 RMB, bring your own toilet paper and try to ignore how dirty it is!

Waited nearly 30 minutes for a zinger burger and it did not taste right. It was all brown fatty meat. Not nice at all.
Popcorn chicken was fine.
Chips are bad, too. Loads of old brown things that looked like they'd been re-cooked.

Poor quality service. Rude staff. The manager clearly prefer to speak with their Friends than help you, the public wifi does not work, while the opposite is displayed on the door... So, false advertising. They have a private one but don't want to share it of course. Coffee is disgusting too. There's no one inside, now I understand why... Don't come here!
Poor service..Provide me half of the order and ask to collect rest of the order later..
