A lot of people mention that you can try good ice cream here. Guests don't like chicken fillet at this restaurant. KFC offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is boorish here. Downscale service is what a number of guests point out characterizing this place. When inside, the atmosphere is exotic. Really not happy with the quality of food. Ordered for my friend and I, their chicken was black in the middle. And was a gooey feeling/texture and also didn't taste edible at all. Uber gave us a refund, but it was still really disgusting to see what poor quality they serve. Even though we live close, definitely won't be making that mistake again. By far one of the worst kfc i have ever had. The chicken seems to have been dipped and re dipped in oil to the point it is sour. The core is black and skin is soft and moist as well as doesn't connect with the chicken itself i have no idea how someone can get that right. The difference between fresh and clearly old is evident. I dont know how an establishment is still open with food quality so low. I for one will never eat at this place. I really hope that people dont settle for this low quality food such as this. Is there a minus star option, because even one star is too much. So this afternoon we went to Hazeldean KFC to order supper. First of all we ordered our food after repeating myself. Get to the next window to pay, the lady repeats the order with the wrongs drinks and half of the order missing. So we decided to speak to the manager and mention to her how ridiculous it is that we can never order at KFC Hazeldean without our order being a screw up in some or other way. Previously we received the wrong order, the time before that we received half empty chip orders. What is going on? The manager is useless and leans on the counter like she is already on holiday and when I said the service is pathetic, she rolled her eyes and when I walked out she and the other staff laughed. Well, guess who is laughing tonight. My family is fed, but the manager and her friends will remain miserable people who will still get the most basic orders wrong and they will also continue to spend their days not developing any real skills that will take them further in life. You might not be bothered about this review, but other people and future employers will look up to see where your staff worked previously and they will see that this place had the worst service ever and the staff could not be bothered about customer service. Life will go on and you will be left behind. You have been weighed, you have been measured and you have been found wanting. 10 October 2022 around lunchtime I bought a meal called the store to let them know of my discovery I was told to bring the chicken back since they can’t send their drivers to mamelodi to pick it up I’ve since been ignored by the indicated manager each time I try to follow up on my case I’ve reached out to KFC customer care after months of running like a headless chicken they tell me I have no legal basis to carry on with the case (no feedback from the investigation) my meal wasted they didn’t even offer me a complementary meal to replace the one that was rotten. Terrible customer service, food was cold and not good. They even got my order a portion of my order wrong and refused to correct it. I don’t know what the issue is with KFC sauces but if they want us to pay extra for sauces then they should say so. Food: 3 Service: 1

Had the worst chicken ever. Second time buying and their chicken tastes like it was there in the oven for about 3 days. The worst Meat. It is not white and fresh like at parkview moreleta it's kind of brown and greasy and the skin falls off with greassy and nasty taste. My twister cover was dirty everywhere... And I asked for a drumstick but received 2 breast which do not taste good, it's like a trainee was doing it... Really disappointed, I would actually give this - 5 stars if it was possible. Update: when I open it up things got worse... From being unhygienic to zero service delivery.

The food is finger licking good. My boys are addicted to their mash potatoes and my wife to the Zinger wings. On the food side, tasty bites. The service is quite slow. They should definetly pick up the pace. The ablution facilities needs to be kept clean at all time. Especially for small children. More than once, I had to take my boots to the disabled toilet "mea culpa". Almost all drive-in customers miss their turn and end up blocking the small parking space. More visible signs should assist.
