Food came out fast. The meal was excellent as always. Best of the best. The woman behind the counter kept struggling with our order and said that they didn't have most things. She was increadibly slow with her responses. She did not listen properly. So unprofessional and disrespectful to others customers. There is no security in place to assist the staff to manage this problem currently happening 20H00 today. I suggest management look at camera footage and put security

Today's experience was terrifying. At first, the cashier (name withheld for POPI Act reasons) took our order wrong, and had absolutely no empathy to correct our order. She kept on saying "she made a mistake" and continued serving other customers, instead of rectifying her "mistake". Thereafter, the front line cashiers were gossiping in their native language, and for someone like me not understanding the language, felt pretty uneasy. The atmosphere was damp in the restaurant, and I literally look around for any signs of hygiene. The service was distasteful, and without any enthusiasm. I looked at the other customers, and I could clearly see that they weren't happy being here either. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 150–200

Friendly staff but broken machines. Was looking forward to oreo crusher to spoil my wife only to be told machine is non functional. Had to settle for a ice cream from the petrol station convenience store

Never again. 2nd time i have been there that they have the rudest person behind the counter. And worst of all is she doesnt even know the product. The music was so loud that we had to ask 3 times for it to be turned down before she could hear what we were asking her to do. Only after could we attempt to place an order that we had to repeat almost 5 times aswell. This shop has gotten our orders wrong so many times its actually ridiculous. Ive laid 2 complaints with kfc head office already. And to be honest.....how is it even possible to get 5 drumsticks in a 9 piece thrift box????????. I live in lamberts bay this is the closest kfc to us. Love kfc in general and would gladly support other shops. NO. NO. NO.

Kfc Clanwilliam food quality is BAD. Its also not the first time they dont have stock for box deals or waiting on wings. The quality of the chicken looks concerning and it does not taste like 11 herbs and spices...very dissapointed ! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person R 100–150

This is by far the worst KFC in this country. After ordering online I arrived at the store roughly 10 minutes after checking in online. When I arrived at the store there was 1 teller and 1 packer at the counter the manager also came to hang around the front end of the shop. Not 1 could ask me had I been helped nor was my order displayed in any way. I then took it apon myself to ask where the order was load enough for the manager to here and only after asking a second time did they acknowledge that they were still busy with the order. I am extremly displeased and I have no intention of returning to this foul establishment.
