It is pretty much just what you expect from any KFC!!! The taste is the same obviously and the ambiance and everything us classic... But there are a few key issues! The place packed all the time and it's impossible sometimes to get a table and you might have to wait to get a table... The ordering and billing counter is a mess! People receiving order where they're supposed to order and ordering where they're supposed to receive their order!!! It's always full of people who have come to KFC for the first time or any good place to eat in that matter so there is always a bunch of clueless people roaming around the counter arguing about the prices being too high and stuff like that... And the worst part is the staff! The staff is untrained and unprofessional! I've been to KFC's around the country and have never seen such KFC staff! They have a lack of experience and you'll notice that they are confused most of the time! The staff on the counter is always arguing and don't even get me started on the waiters... I was there just yesterday and I asked a waiter to pack some stuff that was left and he was confused about what I meant by that! 😂 He called two other waiters and then the manager who told him to pack the food and hand it over to me and even that took a while! The guy at the counter was handing the wrong orders to everyone so I recommend y'all to keep in mind that what you ordered and freely question them about what they give you and when I asked the guy on the counter for extra napkins... He didn't understand! Then I said "Tissue dedoo yaar" and that's when he understood what I meant... Still, it's in a small city and other than some of the problems they have... It's a KFC at the end of the day and is 100% recommended if you wanna go with family or with friends! Hope you'll enjoy😊 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Drive-through guys are over smart and they will try to tell you that they don't have any specific deal available. When confronted and asked for the manager then suddenly the system starts showing the deals which were cancelled by the company before. KFC needs to train their staff professionally. Already visited many time but ages ago. Today Quick visit with family for fried chickens and some family get together. Very crowded and no playing area for kids which is very disappointed but overall good food as per brand signature. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person Rs 5,000+

KFC is my favourite spot for fast food whenever i feel like having it. My favourite is stacker and masala tangy wings. Do try them out. Highly recommended. They always serve fresh food. But the things i noticed that they don't have the environment and services that pther KFC branches provided. I have been visited many braches around the country but their environment and services are not that much good. The staff looks unprofessional and untrained. They need to improve theor skills to manage customers. All the lights are OFF, the table we got wasn't cleaned well. The floor wasn't also clean. Although it was good to be there. One of the UGLIEST KFC I have ever visited. Furniture was broken Sun shades were stained Atmosphere was very HOT Place was literally stinking. I have never seen an international chain with such a poor hygiene and poor maintenance of furniture. I went to the rest room wash my hands, it was so smelly that I almost threw up. I am having second thoughts on this KFC branch's originality. Food was not that bad but place where we were having the food turned it into a disastrous experience. I wish if I could give a NEGATIVE rating on atmosphere. I wish KFC spend some of this branch's earnings on its maintenance. I'm quite satisfied with their food but not more than KFC Jhelum. Moreover, service and atmosphere was average. Not much satisfied with service and atmosphere. They should improve their quality service and look for better options regarding atmosphere. Cause atmosphere there was ain't much comfortable.
