Terrible customer service, rude employees.
Zero stars if possible. Gas pumps don't stop themselves. Had gas overflow out the fill hole all over the ground and side of my car. I go inside to complain and the lady's response was "that's not my problem". What a garbage owner or manager. Rude and had a additude. Never fill here
The reason why I give the store one star is because you guys have a rude black man who works their talking to customers any kinda way I will be calling corporate because this isn’t the first time that man has made me feel uncomfortable he harassed me outside of your gas station he has no good customer service, and somebody needs to do something about it.

The perfect place to fuel up, grab some snacks and friendly staff. Brittany a new girl who remembers my date of birth. How wonderful! Mel fast and friendly on the registers. Alex patient when I am checking out. Scott knows I like two plastic bags instead of one. Manager, Suzanne, makes me feel like I'm home whenever she greats. Clean parking lot, neat interior and friendly environment.
Horrifically rude. Was trying to get gas, inserted my card, thought I did the prompts, and started to make my selections and get the gas set up. The cashier comes over the intercom screaming at me multiple times in a row if I'm going to pay inside. It wants me to insert my card again after the first set up, maybe I didn't do it right the second time because I was flustered by being yelled at. Then they cancelled my transaction. Impatient, rude, and I will never again visit this location.

By far the worst gas station I've ever been to. Five employees behind the counter and one person ringing people up. Took 10 minutes to be helped. Slow service. Rude staff. Avoid at all costs.
So Brittany wouldn't authorize my pump because she couldn't read my plates from inside the store so instead of telling me that on the intercom she just ignored me. I had to go in and wait for her to ring up other people then she told me why. But yet she could see me and sh3 talked to someon3 else on the intercom who was having issues. I wanted to fill up my tank and get some other stuff in the store when I was done but now I will be going elsewhere. She was rude to me in the store as well. They have cameras and as long as she can get a view of me and my vehicle then she should have authorized. I've been coming here for years. But I can definitely find another convenience store

They are always so friendly, and, when an employee not behind then register is busy, theybdrop what they are doing so you don't have to wait in line! Even if you're next!
Nothing special convenience store. But don't buy the car wash! I've got three carwash codes that are useless - that's 21 bucks out the window. Why would a store truly interested in their customers have the codes expire in 30 days? The carwash codes were paid for. Money spent and services promised. What makes them think they can just turn off the codes in a few weeks, especially when many of those days the weather is preventive of getting your car washed. Codes at other stores do not expire in 30 days, some not at all. This is simply a con from the 90's to just steal the money their customers - spent in fair trade. Kelly William's is ripping people off on their carwashes. Buy somewhere else. And KW - get with the times!
