Having authentic Turkish food in the middle of Mexico was such a welcome surprise. Didn’t know about this place until I met someone at the mosque who told me about it. We drove over there and met the owner, who had moved to Mexico during COVID (since it was the only place open) and he hasn’t looked back. Super hospitable and excellent food. The kebabs, bread, pide (kind of like pizza) and kenafa with the tea were all excellent. The food is way beyond amazing and the owners so welcoming and hospitable. They made us feel at home and like family. Can’t wait to come back and visit again soon, this was definitely a highlight of our trip to Playa del Carmen. Serefe, from Dale & Marijane! The food was great, the place is close to 5th Ave yet on a quiet street. When the restaurant has larger groups of people there it's more lively.. the owner is great at explaining the dishes and making you feel welcomed. Balaclava was delicious.. My husband and I stopped here in our own evening of tastings around Playa. What a wonderful experience. The hummus was perfection along with the cucumber-tomato-onion salad (cannot recall the name) and they insisted we finish off with a little chai tea. The customer service was excellent. This restaurant has recently been taken over by new ownership and we visited right when they had just reopened. My partner is Turkish so they soon got chatting with the lovely new owners and some very friendly Turkish friends they have. Such a warm welcome, Turkish hospitality at its finest! We had the Adana kebab and the sucuk pide. Both were cooked really well, great tasting and delicious comfort food. We really wanted to try their manti and sarma but as they’ve just opened, they are reorganising their menu a little bit. We will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu! We finished the meal with some complimentary Turkish tea (such a nice touch) and some kunefe. Come and check out this place, support this local business and be patient with their reopening. Kebab House just blew my mind with their Mantı! These tiny Turkish dumplings were a flavor explosion. The meat filling was savory, and the yogurt and garlic sauce on top was a game-changer. The Mantı literally melted in my mouth, leaving me craving more. The Ezme was a cool sidekick, a fresh contrast to the warm Mantı. And for dessert, I couldn't resist trying the Baklava – sweet, crunchy, and oh-so-good. Kebab House nailed it with their Mantı. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a must-visit spot. If you're a Mantı lover, this place is a hidden gem. Five stars all the way! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Can’t speak of atmosphere, but we did take out and it took 30-40 minutes to get the order which was a simple burrito and tacos (and they kept saying 2 more minutes). The burrito was soggy and barely had meat, it wasn’t seasoned really. We were super disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
It is ok, not the best turkish restaurant. The service is not the most efficient but I am sure that in some months they you be better. The food is ok, the only exception is the turkish bread that was very delicious! Turkish dishes normally are full of food but the kebab at this place was a normal portion, nothing else. Not for anyone who knows what Turkish food is supposed to taste like. The Adana Kebab was a very strange texture, undercooked and tasteless. The Beyti Kebab was not good, wrapped in its soggy bread. The Tabbouleh had nothing to do with Tabbouleh. The Ayran was watery and bland. The Turkish woman at the table next to us who told the waiter that it wasn’t Turkish food should’ve been a warning sign. All halal, I don't know why people write bed reviews but it's was not bad for me, I won't say very good but was good with reasonable prices compared to others, I ordered halal kebab sandwiches for 130mxn the bread wasn't so fresh but overall nice, konafa was amazing for 140 mxn, not big, a little bit expensive but this is normal for special food here, people there were super nice, over all nice and definitely will go again
