Having lunch break beside this stall, a chinese ice stall selling different kind of ice. The ordered curry rice from this kari manaf stall to send over to the chinese stall. Cheap price for rice, rm6 for ayam nasi curry, and rm6.5 for ayam nasi kobis curry. Taste ok Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Apparently it's the famous Kari Kepala Ikan in Bagan Dato' which left me a bit disappointed. Maybe it's because it's cooked by a foreigner. At first I went to the old place but they have started closing (maybe they could have been better). The food is made to order and they will inform you the price ahead of time. That is a good thing and you would not get a shock. I was given an ikan merah which cost RM50. However there was not much meat in there as the head was cut too close and you don't have much. Will I try again - it will be a NO. Nothing was positive about the experience so maybe just stick to the normal mamak food (but no nasi kandar).
