I would give this experience 5 stars.... if the food was great, the service was great and the atmosphere was great. If you like chicken medium-rare, this is a fantastic place. Unfortunately, the rest of the order wasn't correct, and it wasn't corrected. I'm sure if I was ever to return to this restaurant everything would be great. This is as positive as I can be. I was at this restaurant on Feb 01, 2024. I had just reached Hua Hin and it was past midnight. They were about to close when I reached the restaurant. Had ordered Fried Crab Meat with baby Corn as a takeout. When I got back to the hotel and opened the packing, I found that there was hardly any crab meat. Was glad to find this place that could do vegan options. Behind the Hilton. I had the Thai green curry with rice on one occasion and stir fried vegetables with basil leaves on another. Specify vegan to avoid confusion. Staff/owner was accommodating and reassuring on using different utensils/oil etc. to not have cross contamination of 'non vegan' flavours. Great food. Good and very reasonably priced food. We had mainly Thai dishes, perhaps a little bit made of the taste of tourists but that wasn't bad at all, in fact very nice. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Nice gesture to get a complimentary small chicken soup while waiting for your dishes. We have eaten here several times recently and have enjoyed our meals. Tonight, after biting down on something hard, I pulled a metal staple from my mouth, along with the remains of my fried rice. I advised the waitress (who was horrified and very apologetic), she told the man in charge (who had recognised us from previous visits) and we watched him to go the kitchen but he did not speak to us directly, nor did we see him for the rest of the time we were there. When we asked for our bill there was a 10% discount (approx. 70Baht (£2)). I now really wish that I had stood up in the restaurant and made a screaming fuss in front of the other customers, rather than being polite and discreet.

#BADAlienKitchen&Travel gives Kanchi a galactic high five! Great food! The noodle soup was exactly what we needed. The delicious clear broth reminds me of Pho. The freshness of the ingredients was apparent, and they substituted vegetables instead of meat without issue. They also gave us trials of their fried skins and free watermelon slices for dessert. Don't forget to get the fresh coconut, it is frozen and brought to you icy cold. It's a great way to cool down! Prices could be a little cheaper, but I will go back for sure! A must stop while in Hua Hin. I almost forgot, not only did they give me a 20% discount for food in 2023, they take visa with a small fee. This is a plus as many eateries take cash only! So we went back and ate there the next day as well. The soups are outstanding and they have this prawn and chicken cake that will blow your mind. The place is not far from Hua Hin Beach. Quite new restaurant. The cook is muslim. Prawn fried rice taste good. Fried kuay teow a bit salty and hard, but still alright.
