Being the main market joint in kitui town, its usually a bee-hive of activities here during market days (Monday & Thursday). You will get vegetables, fruits(oranges, bananas, mangoes, passion fruits and many more). You can also shop for animals(goats, cows, donkeys) during market days ONLY. There is also couple of shops, garages and hardwares around the market as well. Its the cheapest place to do your shopping in Kitui especially during the market days. However, its very congested, you might lack a stepping space during market day..
