This is a legacy bakery in Madinah and bring great memories. It has special locally developed style in making cookies. The price is relatively low and the baking is daily so usually it is fresh products to buy. The bread is always fresh and not all the day time you find some types due to high demand. The workers are nice but the waiting time is annoying sometimes. The manament must find a way to improve the process to avoid waiting time hence it is a fact there is a high demand round the clock. Remote digital ordering station with digital identification of customer then a digital scale linked to digital customer identification linked to remote payment devices will help the workers to quickly prepare the orderes. I love it here especially for their amazing bakery stuff. The cupcakes, bagel like bun, Samoli (Long Bread) and the brown bread. You'll get other lot of varieties like rusks, toasts, and other items like toasty sticks, date filled breads and so on. You can grab anything from here that goes with tea and coffee in the breakfast.
