Recommending for everyone, food which we order shashlik , salad are delicious,meat is soft and juicy , atmosphere is cozy , service is very good, professional 🌸 .after couples of unsuccessful different restaurant and cafe trials we found in Borovoe very nice place to eat ❤️ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₸4,000–6,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is fine, even though fried mantas are soaking in oil. The service on the other hand is terrible. I've been at the place three times and it was downhill: first time nobody was interested in taking payment, second time we had to wait for some time before I got the change back, but the third time (which is now) all the waitresses are walking by our table lazily and not even getting us menus. We just left infuriated.

Without any warning or notice, they appended an entrance fee (!) to my bill. And in addition they also counted 10% service fee from the total amount (which itself is totally okay) except the enteance fee part. Next time I will order all the meals on the street without entering. Food was good, though.

Food is good, but I don't recommend going here if you don't have like couple of hours because it takes forever for staff to do their job. Unless you don't want to pay for meal - maybe they don't want your money either. Edit: I just reconsider giving one star because I gave this place third chance and I just sat there being ignored for like 15 minutes. If I wanted to get ignored all the time I would just text my exes. The food is not worth it.
