Decent place on the beachfront with a view. Prices didn't reflect the food quality. It was clean and presented well, but value was missing. I have never experienced beans with fajitas, which was way off the mark as a dish. The $10-12 shrimp dish was 10-14 shrimp. Having spent $100 on food and drinks, I was not impressed; that was the group of 8.
The owner also took offense to Nicaraguan children playing with the pool table yet said NOTHING to a gringo kid who was walking on the table and the one smashing the balls on the table. Very odd.
I wouldn't return or recommend it to any friend or family.
I am sure others like it and it's not the worst experience but not for us with the food quality and value.

Great food. Super crazy friendly service by Ivan and family! Such a gem in very friendly fishing village. Our family of 13 (toddlers, and young kids too) stayed in a house one beach over and walked to Gigante several times to eat and drink here. So good!!
When you are in Gigante you should not miss out to visit this place!

Great beach bar to watch the sunset, enjoy quality food and sip on cervezas. Family friendly, our kids always had a great time playing on the hammock, "playing" pool, or dancing to the music. The service is great. Have the poutine!!

Friday is pizza night! But before you get all scurd thinking tortilla with catsup, cheese and salami slices, let me put your fears to rest. We're talking about a wood fired, organic, hand tossed, artisinal, fresh, hot, proper pizza, made to your specs. Easily $40 by contemporary standards. But wait, it gets better there's table side fresh grated parmesan and chile flakes too! Full bar, credit cards accepted, room for your groove, pool table and outstanding view of the surf or moon! 5 snaps in a circle for easily the best pizza Ive had in years. Try the wings or pasta, you wont be sorry!
Some of the best service we had in Nicargua. The atmosphere is very chill with a pool table for the kids and a beautiful sofa seating and view of the beach. Highly recommend this restaurant in Playa Gigante.
we ate there three times. the vegetarian tortillas and the fish tacos are amazing. best place to watch the sunset, bring a moskitospray! very family-friendly, the playgroung is next to it.
