Must visit vegan cafe in Gothenburg! Julie is so friendly!
Autumn update -- October, '21 The Carrot and Parsnip salad is not simply beautiful, it is one sensational flavour after another. Quite another dimension is the enjoyment that you're doing something really good for your body. A meal in itself, or a luxurious collection of fine vegetables, fruit and seeds. I really hope this product will make the transition from being an autumn treat to becoming an all-season favourite. Equally at home on a Wednesday after work or the Christmas buffet. Previous review -- lemon cheeze-cake WOW that's a fancy gourmet cheeze-cake! Rich and delicious, just the right balance of lemon and sweetness. Superb texture. Yum! I've had a piece for breakfast, and I'll help myself to another one for afternoon tea. The hazelnuts in the crust are exactly right to match with lemons. Seriously, wow.

We discovered this gem the day we left sweden. Too bad, otherwise we would have come back more often to enjoy the fantastic food. The dish of the day was a great chilli sin carne with cornbread. Everything was extremely delicious and the owner was very accommodating! The café can also be recommended to non-vegans. The next time we are here, we will definitely come back!

If you're vegan, go to Julie's. Her food is worth whatever transit you need to do to get there. My only regret is that I didn't buy more cheese and pastries while I had the chance!

Very cozy and cute vegan place with nice pastry. The lovely lady running the place is funny and the whole place have that "cult classic spartan" feel to it. It's a place to hang out. Ok so I tried many things and I must say there is not much in the Cafe but what is there is very good. So quality over quantity 🤌🏼 This place is for any occasion, however, I do recommend it for lazy Saturdays maybe even a date, or maybe a day where you want to just pretend you are in France or a French artist 🇫🇷 Go there eat something, laugh, talk to the lady and enjoy yourself 🫡
Pure heaven for a vegan. There Camembert / Brie is to die for... sooo good!
We had a delicious lunch at Julie’s on our way back to Skåne. Good food, good mood! When visiting GB again we will definitely go there again. Warmly recommend Julie’s café to anyone who likes good vegan food. Took home a piece of Camenbert…🤤
Got a carrot cake, which was way below expectations after having tried cheeses, especially for the price. Way too sweet, inedible without scraping the icing, might not be baked properly since it lacks structure. Could be a one off but still. Very very sad since it’s for my birthday. Felt like a total waste of money.

So far 5 stars. Julie is as welcoming as the cafe! I went in looking to buy some vegan cheezes for a party. I know she makes craft cheezes but I wasn't sure what to expect. The cafe is cozy and I will definitely go sit there for some time one of these days for a meal or a croissant. Julie was very kind and happy to tell me more about the different cheezes she had in stock. She was even thoughtful enough to remind me that the cheezes are cashew based, in case there was any risk for allergies. I picked Camembert and Bleu. I went home and decided to try a slice of each cheese and they are delicious! Each have their own delicate flavors. I am trying save some for tomorrow's cheeze platter. Finally, I can sit in front of the TV and eat a block cheese just like in my pre dairy-free days. Bleu is my favorite and I can't wait to try the others.
